Montgo Labs S.L. is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy.

2. Data processed by this website

This website does not use advertising pixels, user accounts, booking functionality or payment processing.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to count visits and page views. It sets no cookies, stores no identifiers and does not fingerprint your device or follow you across websites. The measurement is aggregated and cannot be traced back to you, so it runs without asking permission.

Google Analytics 4 is used to understand which pages are read. It sets cookies and is loaded only after you choose Allow in the consent banner — never beforehand, and not at all if you choose No thanks. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed by clearing this site’s data. IP addresses are anonymised. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, which may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

When you use the contact form or the chat panel, the name, email address and message you enter are sent to a relay we operate on Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). The relay delivers your message to us through Telegram so we can read and answer it, and forwards the same content to Formspree, Inc. (USA), which passes it on to us by email as a fallback. We receive only what you enter into the form.

Each of these providers processes the data under its own privacy policy: Cloudflare, Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, United Arab Emirates) and Formspree. These providers are located outside the European Economic Area, so sending the form transfers your message outside the EEA.

When you send an email directly, we receive the email address, message content and any other information you choose to include.

Some case-study pages contain embedded YouTube videos. These are click-to-play: the video player itself loads only when you press play. The still preview image shown before that is served by Google’s image servers (i.ytimg.com), so opening a page that contains a video transmits technical data such as your IP address and browser information to Google. No YouTube cookie is set at that stage. If you press play, YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) processes technical data under its own privacy policy; we use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) embed mode.

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser or user-agent information, and error information for the purpose of delivering and securing the website.

The site stores your selected language and light/dark appearance locally in your browser so your preferences can be remembered. These values are used only for the requested interface preferences and are not used for advertising, analytics or profiling.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Technical hosting and security data are processed where necessary to operate and protect the website, based on our legitimate interests in providing a secure and reliable website.

Information you send through the contact form or by email is processed to respond to your inquiry, including its delivery to us through the relay and messaging services named in section 2. Depending on the nature of the inquiry, this processing is based on our legitimate interests in handling correspondence or on steps requested before entering into a contract.

The preview images for embedded videos are requested from Google’s image servers when a page containing a video is opened, based on our legitimate interests in illustrating the work shown on that page. Playing a video is your own choice and loads the embedded player at that point.

The locally stored language and appearance preferences exist only to provide the interface settings you selected.

4. Cookies and similar storage

The site sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you choose Allow in the consent banner. Your consent choice itself is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.

It uses browser storage to remember the language and appearance choices made by the user, and — if you start a conversation in the chat panel — the name and email address you entered there, so you do not have to type them again next time. That entry stays in your own browser; it is not transmitted to us except as part of a message you choose to send, and it is not used for tracking or profiling.

Clearing your browser’s site data for this website removes all of it.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany.

The hosting provider may process technical server-log data as part of delivering, maintaining and securing the website. The provider acts under its own applicable contractual and data-protection obligations.

6. External links

The site contains links to external services and social networks. No social-media widgets or trackers are loaded simply by displaying those links.

If you follow an external link, the destination service may process information according to its own privacy policy.

7. Retention

Contact-form and email correspondence is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

Server logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational and security retention settings.

Language and appearance preferences, and any name and email address saved by the chat panel, remain in your browser until they are replaced or you clear your local browser data.

8. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability where applicable.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

9. Security

We use HTTPS and appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect data processed in connection with this website.

10. Changes
