People first
I pay attention to what people do, what they avoid, and what they don’t say out loud.
Keep it clear
I create products and features that feel calm even when there’s a lot going on beneath the surface.
Be honest
I’d rather change the work than defend a weak decision.
Make it yours
A product can be useful and still have character. I’d rather create something memorable and not merely tolerable.
