Raised between Texas and Mallorca and , with Spanish and Indian roots.

Third culture kid, trilingual, and permanently somewhere in between. These days, home is the Mediterranean coast of Spain.

How my brain works

I’m an extroverted introvert and sensitive to what goes unsaid. I notice friction quickly and turn chaos into something calmer and clearer.

Feedback

Honesty beats politeness. I like direct, thoughtful feedback and give it the same way: clearly and kindly.

What I value

Respect, honesty and accountability matter to me. Everyone deserves a voice, and I think better work comes from people actually listening to each other.

Motivation

Helping people has always been the thread, first in medicine, now through design. I thrive with trust and ownership. Micromanagement drains me fast.

Beyond work

Usually by the sea with my family, hiking, doing yoga or deep in AI, history and science rabbit holes. Children’s rights matter deeply to me. Also, 100% a cat person.
