Simplex Media already had years of work, hundreds of clients and serious performance numbers. Then the business itself changed.

The business had changed. The story had to change with it.

Simplex had built up years of work, testimonials and performance proof. The rebrand gave me a chance to decide what deserved the space and put the strongest evidence to work earlier.

Kash had six years of operating history, more than 200 brands scaled and substantial client performance data. I turned that proof into part of the experience: more selective examples, stronger visual hierarchy and a call that comes after the argument instead of interrupting it.

The strongest proof, surfaced early and given room to work.

Organic first. Everything else follows.

The most important change came from Kash himself: RiseVoice was broadening what the business offered, and the rebrand needed to express that shift.

His model was simple. Create organic content. Learn what actually earns attention. Use those signals to shape paid campaigns, influencer work and PR as one connected system.

I built the brand story around that operating model. Organic becomes the foundation; paid, influencer and PR make sense as amplification rather than separate services. I also kept the audience framing broad, as Kash requested: Info/Education, Ecommerce, SaaS and Service.

The services story: organic as the foundation, the rest as amplification.

Make the work easier to browse, not harder to ignore.

Kash wanted the proof to be something you could see, not just read. Client videos. Large numbers. Strong examples. Case studies that can be scanned instead of another long vertical wall of text.

I treated proof as an interface rather than a section. Case-study previews became more visual and horizontally browsable, the broader work needed clearer categorisation, client creative could become part of the experience itself, and testimonials could move instead of sitting in another static grid.

  • Hard proof firstExisting RiseVoice numbers carry more weight than another marketing claim.
  • Work you can exploreCase studies and creative need structure, filtering and visual hierarchy.
  • People beside the proofClient logos, testimonial faces and video make the evidence easier to place and trust.

Proof as an interface: client creative, view counts, logos and one strong quote.

Real content, real results — categorised, scannable, visual.

A rebrand still has to work as a website.

I carried the redesign from Figma into the front-end, so the structure, responsive behaviour and interaction decisions survived implementation.

The site expanded beyond the homepage story into the places buyers use to investigate a company properly: services, case studies and the founder story. I also implemented the SEO foundation around the relaunch, including page titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemap and robots configuration, social metadata and structured data.

A rebrand only works if it survives the whole site. I carried the positioning through services, case studies, the founder story, responsive behaviour and the technical SEO underneath it, not just the first screen.

Reflexión
  • The real shift was from showing everything RiseVoice had done to showing how RiseVoice thinks growth works.
  • I carried the operating model all the way through the brand, information architecture, interface and front-end build.
